    I'm Lindsey - a mum, nurse, Reiki practitioner, and the older sister. My journey here wasn't linear. After facing some of life's biggest storms, I found myself seeking more than survival. I craved connection - to myself, to stillness, to something deeper.

    What carried me through were the small but powerful rituals, lighting a candle, melting a scent, affirmations. These became my anchors. They reminded me that healing isn't a destination, it's a daily practice.

    Scent and Soul was born from that truth. Every product is created to do more than fragrance your space - it's designed to hold you, ground you, and invite you back to yourself.     Hi! I'm Louise, one half of Scent and Soul and the younger sister. I'm also a mama and a physiotherapy assistant, balancing a part time job with the chaos of family life. Things can often get a little hectic, which is exactly why we created Scent and Soul - a space where calming scents and moments of self-care help bring a little balance back.

    Our journey began with a shared love of all things cosy, soothing and soulful. We believe that wellness doesn't have to be complicated, it can simply start with lighting a wax melt at the end of a busy day, taking a deep breath and being present. Every product we create is hand-poured with intention, love, and a touch of joy.
