UK Shipping

All orders are shipped within the UK only.

 

Wax Melt Orders

  • Shipping cost: £4.99 (Royal Mail First Class)
  • Processing time: Orders are typically made and dispatched within 1–2 working days
  • Delivery time: Typically 1–2 working days after dispatch

Same day dispatch is possible but this cannot be guaranteed - please contact us to discuss.


Local Collection

If you’re local, you’re welcome to collect your order:

  • From Serenity Crystals & Gifts (usually ready within a couple of days)
  • Or directly from us (Lindsey or Louise) if you know us personally

Scent and Soul selected items

Some items are shipped directly from our trusted UK supplier.

  • Delivery time: 1–3 working days
  • Shipping fee: £4.99 (set by the supplier)

These items may arrive separately from your wax melt order.


Combined Orders

If your order includes both:

  • Wax melts
  • Scent and Soul selected partner items

You will only be charged one shipping fee of £4.99


Delays & Delivery Times

We always aim to dispatch quickly, but please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays can occasionally happen with Royal Mail or suppliers
